Here’s the good news: Homes are selling faster today, with the National Association of Realtors® reporting that the sale of existing homes in July rose more than 17% from 2012. That, in sales results terminology, qualifies as a ‘spike!’ Better yet, homes are selling more quickly – TOM (Time on Market) shrank from 69 days to 42. The Kenai Challenger Learning Center will be offering a spring break aviation camp March 12-16. The ACE Academy will offer experience with flight simulator, wing design, forces of flight, weather, and much more! The camps run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is for youth grades 8-11. The camp is $275, but there is also an overnight option with is $500. You may also receive homeschool credit and scout badges.
