Here’s the good news: Homes are selling faster today, with the National Association of Realtors® reporting that the sale of existing homes in July rose more than 17% from 2012. That, in sales results terminology, qualifies as a ‘spike!’ Better yet, homes are selling more quickly – TOM (Time on Market) shrank from 69 days to 42. Kenai Wildlife Refuge Offering More Free Movies

Kenai Challenger Center to Hold Spring Break Camp

The Kenai Challenger Learning Center will be offering a spring break aviation camp March 12-16. The ACE Academy will offer experience with flight simulator, wing design, forces of flight, weather, and much more! The camps run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is for youth grades 8-11. The camp is $275, but there is also an overnight option with is $500. You may also receive homeschool credit and scout badges.
